Leeds Town Hall – The Headrow, LS1 3AD

With 12 rooms hosting from 40 to 1200 delegates, this grade I listed building is one of the grandest venues in Leeds. Try Victoria Hall with its stunning Corinthian columns and original plasterwork and decor – perfect for events with a wow factor!

Leeds Art Gallery – The Headrow, LS1 3AA

Right next door to the town hall is another of Leeds’ most impressive buildings. The art gallery has five conference-ready rooms for smaller conventions, offering wifi and air conditioning in light and airy rooms. With the gallery spaces as a backdrop, you can be sure that a conference held here will be among the most memorable for your guests or clients.

The Chambers – 30, Park Place, LS1 2SP

With a variety of spaces, or the option to use the entire venue (including courtyard), this ultra-stylish venue can cater for up to 200 visitors. From bacon butties for a breakfast meet-up, to full service 5 course dinners, the team can cover any requirement, and there are even beautiful, serviced apartments if anyone needs to stay overnight.

The Queens – City Square, LS1 1PJ

Another delightful and imposing building, The Queens Hotel is an iconic member of the city’s favourite landmarks, offering 16 rooms of different sizes and statures, from the 500 capacity Queen’s ballroom, to smaller executive suites for meeting with less than ten attendees. With direct covered access to the train station, it’s a great venue for those expecting delegates from far and wide.

Horizon Leeds – 2 Brewery Wharf, LS10 1JR

With room for up to 350 delegates, Horizon in Leeds is one of the most hi-tech and modern conference venues in the country. Day rates include unlimited soft drinks, tea and fresh coffee, use of a laptop and wifi, plus cute little extras such as retro sweets and stationery tool kits. They really have thought of everything and all their rooms are bright with natural light and air conditioned for the perfect ambiance at any time of year.

Malmasion Leeds – 1 Swinegate, LS1 4AG

Not as large as some of the venues listed above, but Malmasion makes up for that by oozing class. With an entire floor dedicated to business, Malmasion offers seven potential spaces for your conference needs. With flatscreen TV’s, conference call facilities and boardroom set-ups for up to 40 people, we think that any small to medium sized business would be delighted with this conference venue.

Park Plaza – Boar Lane, City Square, LS1 5NS

Offering space for 200 delegates, theatre style, or 100 for training days, Park Plaza’s another of our favourite conference venues in Leeds. Offering all the usual wifi and audiovisual aids, Park Plaza goes one step further and supplies every conference with its own dedicated website.

The Leeds Club – 3 Albion Place, LS1 6LJ

This beautiful and historic grade II listed building in the heart of Leeds city centre is a glorious venue for conference events. Combining top of the line hi-tech equipment, such as laptops, digital projectors and walkabout PA systems, with beautiful rooms steeped in local history – definitely one to check out if you require space for between 10 and 160 delegates.

All of these venues are hard to beat for your conferencing needs in Leeds and they’re all within walking distance from Trafalgar Street car park – giving your delegates a cheap all-day parking option in Leeds should the venue be unable to cater for high numbers. We’re also a great option for attendees who don’t fancy braving the well-known (and very unpopular) Leeds Loop Road!
